How we are set up instead
Cannalab47 is fifteen separately licensed businesses wearing one name. Each state has its own premises, its own inventory, its own compliance filings and its own laboratory relationships. Your basket is routed to the premises in your state, and that premises picks, packs and delivers it.
What this means for you
- Availability differs by state. A batch on the shelf in California may not exist in Michigan.
- Delivery windows differ. Same-day where the law and the distances allow it.
- Tax differs. Calculated at fulfilment rather than guessed in the basket.
Two states we deliberately do not serve
Illinois and Washington both permit adult-use retail, but neither issues a cannabis delivery licence of any kind. We do not list a market we cannot lawfully deliver in.
