Which states can you deliver to?
All 15 we are licensed in, and only within each one. Cannabis cannot lawfully cross a United States state line, even between two states where it is legal, so every order is dispatched from the Cannalab47 premises inside the customer’s own state. There is no version of this we can arrange as a favour — it is federal law rather than company policy.

What happens at the door?
- The driver confirms the order name.
- An adult 21 or over shows a government-issued photo ID matching that name.
- They sign for it. We do not photograph, scan or store the ID.
- That is the whole handover — the order was paid at checkout, so no money changes hands.
If nobody is home, or nobody present can show matching ID, the driver cannot leave the order. It returns to the premises and you rearrange. We cannot leave cannabis at a door, in a lobby, with a neighbour or in a parcel box under any circumstances.
What does the packaging look like?
A plain outer box with no brand, product or dispensary name on the label — only an address and an adult-signature marking. Inside, everything is sealed in an odour-proof pouch, with the batch certificate referenced on the packing note. Nothing visible from outside tells anybody handling it what is in it.

Do you deliver to my state?
We deliver in California, Colorado, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, Massachusetts, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, New Mexico, Connecticut, Maryland, Missouri, Maine and Minnesota. Each has its own licensed premises, its own inventory and its own compliance filings, and each serves only its own state — cannabis cannot lawfully cross a state line even between two legal states.
How much does delivery cost?
A flat $8, or free on orders over $150. Express delivery is $18. Those figures are identical in every state we operate in. Tax is added at fulfilment because excise and local rates differ between the states we serve.
Do I have to be there to sign?
Somebody 21 or over does, and their ID has to match the name on the order. We cannot leave cannabis at a door, in a lobby, with a neighbour or in a parcel box. If nobody can sign, the order returns to the premises and you rearrange it.
Should I tip the driver?
Tipping is entirely optional and never expected. There is no tip line at checkout, so anything you give is between you and the driver at the door. Drivers are paid by us for the delivery either way, and nobody is relying on a tip to make the trip worth making.
