Why we do not ship between states
Cannabis remains federally controlled in the United States, which means a THC product cannot lawfully cross a state line — not by post, not by courier, not between two premises the same company owns. Any retailer offering to mail cannabis nationwide is either shipping hemp-derived product under a different rulebook, or breaking the law.
So Cannalab47 is ten businesses wearing one name. Each state has its own licensed premises, its own inventory, its own compliance filings and its own laboratory relationships. When you order, the basket is routed to the premises in your state, and it is that premises which picks, packs and delivers.
What this means for you
- Availability differs by state. A batch on the shelf in California may not exist in Michigan. The catalogue shows what your state can actually supply once you choose it at checkout.
- Delivery windows differ. Same-day is available where the law and the distances allow it; elsewhere it is one to three days.
- Tax differs. Cannabis excise and local taxes vary considerably, so tax is calculated at fulfilment rather than guessed in the basket.
