What do I need to bring?
One thing: a government-issued photo ID showing a date of birth 21 years ago or more. A driving licence, a state ID card, a passport or a military ID all work. The name on it has to match the name on the order. We check it at handover; we do not photograph it, scan it or keep a copy.
How do I actually pay?
Cannabis remains federally illegal in the United States, which is why almost no dispensary can accept an ordinary bank card. We are no exception, and would rather say so on this page than at your door. What does work: Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Chime or Bitcoin. You pay when you place the order rather than at handover, so the driver carries no cash and neither do you.
How much should I buy the first time?
Less than you expect, and in one format rather than three. A single eighth of flower, or one pack of low-dose edibles, teaches you more than a mixed basket you cannot attribute anything to. Effects differ between people and between batches; the only way to find your own starting point is to begin below it.
What happens after I order?
- You get an order number in the format CL47-YYMMDD-XXXXX and a confirmation to the address you gave.
- The order is picked and packed at the licensed Cannalab47 premises inside your own state — never another one.
- It travels in a plain outer box carrying no brand, product or dispensary name, with everything sealed in an odour-proof pouch inside.
- An adult 21 or over shows ID matching the order name and signs for it.
- You can follow it at any point with the order number and the email it was confirmed to, on the tracking page.
What is worth asking before you buy?
- What did the lab actually find? Every batch here carries a 47-analysis panel and we publish it in full rather than summarising it.
- What does it smell like? The terpene profile predicts how a batch feels far better than a potency figure does.
- How long until it works? Format decides that, not strain — see how long each format takes.
- How fresh is it? Ask for the packaged-on date, not only the test date.
Questions people actually ask
Do I need a medical card to order?
Not in any of the 15 states Cannalab47 is licensed in. Every one is an adult-use market, so a government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or over is the only document required. Medical programmes run alongside adult-use in most of them and can carry different limits and tax treatment.
Can somebody else accept the delivery for me?
Only if they are 21 or over and can show ID matching the name on the order. We cannot hand cannabis to anybody whose ID does not match, and we cannot leave it at a door, in a lobby, with a neighbour or in a parcel box. Somebody has to sign for it.
What happens if I am not home?
The driver cannot leave it. Nobody signs, nothing is handed over, and the order returns to the premises for you to rearrange. That is a licence condition rather than a company preference, so there is no version of it we can waive on request.
Will the packaging say what it is?
No. The outer box carries no brand name, no product name and no reference to a dispensary — only an address and an adult-signature marking. What is inside is sealed in an odour-proof pouch. Nothing visible identifies the contents to anybody handling it.
Is there a minimum order?
Orders start at $100 — or $70 when you pay with Bitcoin. Delivery is free over $150; below that a flat $8 fee appears in the basket before you pay, and express delivery is $18. Tax is calculated at fulfilment because excise and local rates differ across the states we serve.
